Once again, Express has demonstrated its commitment to meeting the needs of finishing trades in the construction sector with this new oxyacetylene torch, which is designed specifically for plumbers and refrigeration engineers. However, the Express Koro torch is also perfectly suited to applications such as bodywork, boilermaking and locksmithing. This high-performance welding torch is fuelled by a mixture of oxygen and acetylene, supplied by 2 separate cylinders, which enables it to reach very high temperatures of around 3100°C! According to the tip it is fitted with, it can be used to braze copper pipes of 8 to 42 mm in diameter, as well as steel and galvanized steel of up to 5 mm in thickness! Also compatible with malleable copper burners, this plumber’s torch with interchangeable burners is supplied on a hang tab with the 160 L rigid brass burner Cat. No. 2911.
