The Mulch Film Thermoperforator Cat. No. 201, part of the Express Farming range, is an essential tool for quickly and cleanly perforating mulch films in market gardening and horticulture. Specifically designed for intensive professional use, this device stands out for its reliability, power, and ease of operation.

Its 100 mm metal bell allows you to create uniform openings perfectly suited to the needs of farms, nurseries, and local authorities. This standard size makes transplanting young plants easier and ensures neat, precise results without damaging the film.

The tool is ready to use right out of the box and comes supplied with a butane/propane cartridge Cat. No. 555, providing more than two hours of continuous autonomy.
Two operating modes are available:

• Intermittent mode – ideal for spaced perforation sequences,

• Continuous mode – perfect for long, uninterrupted working sessions.

The piezo ignition system, built directly into the handle, eliminates any complicated start-up procedure: a simple press is all it takes to ignite. The ergonomic, non-slip handle has been designed to reduce fatigue during long planting campaigns, ensuring greater user comfort.

Another major advantage is its easy maintenance. Thanks to Guilbert Express’s self-maintenance concept, users can independently replace key components (such as the injector or piezo) without special tools and without lengthy downtime.
